Cancellation/ Return /Refund policy
At PinkEarrings.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of imitation jewellery and hygiene concerns, we only accept returns for damaged products. This policy is in place to maintain product integrity and ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unworn item.
Return Policy
Returns are strictly limited to damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at care@pinkearrings.com or WhatsApp us at 8856878171 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide Evidence: Share a detailed unpacking video and clear photos of the damaged product, packaging label, and any visible issues. If video shows signs of package tampering before making a video or Video is doctored or If Unpacking video is not available, returns will not be accepted.
- Approval Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps.
- Return Timeline: All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of order delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Process Based on Payment Method:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will send a confirmation email and proceed with store credit issuance. Store credit will have a validity of 1 year from the date of issuance. Store credit has to be used in a single order.
- COD Handling charges if any will not be refunded.
- Online Prepaid Orders (Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Wallets):
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item with original labels and tags.
- For card payments, the refund will be credited to the same card used during purchase.
- For UPI payments, the refund will be transferred to the same UPI source used for the order.
- Once your return is received, you will get an email confirmation, and the refund process will be initiated.
Important Notes:
- Do not share the OTP with the pickup partner until the return parcel is officially handed over.
- Returns are only applicable for damaged products. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for imitation jewellery, as we cannot restock or resell used or tried-on items.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be calculated after deducting any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
- Gift hampers cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we don’t have exchange and replacement.
