At PinkEarrings.com, we strive to deliver your purchases in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. The estimated delivered time is 3 – 7 days from the date of purchase, depending on the delivery location.
To ensure on-time delivery, please:
- Provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a Landmark.
- Enter the correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code to avoid misrouted shipments.
- Ensure that the provided mobile number is correct and reachable for any delivery-related queries.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to provide the exact change.
- If you receive a damaged parcel, DO NOT accept it. Instead, inform us immediately at 8856878171 (10 AM – 7 PM) or email us at care@pinkearrings.com with a video and pictures stating the reason for rejection.
Note: All products undergo Quality Check (Q.C.) and parcels are securely packed and sealed before dispatch. If a damaged package is accepted, we are not responsible for any missing items.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹549 – Eligible for Free Delivery.
- Orders below ₹549 – ₹65 shipping charge applies.
- C.O.D/P.O.D Orders – ₹99 per order as Cash Handling Charges.
- Shipping charges remain fixed regardless of order size.
- Each order is shipped to a single address. To ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
